Kill Process - By an User who is not a Member of Process Administr

Hai,
I want to Kill a Server Process. I have logged in as an user who is not a
member of Process Administrator Role.
Can this be done? How to do this?

To use Kill requires the symin or procesmin role. It is not the sort
of thing that you would want just anyone to do!
