Kill process is not working

Trying to kill a process which is causing the following
error in the log every 10 minutes.
Time out occurred while waiting for buffer latch type 2,
bp 0x144e5000, page (5120:811953513), stat 0x405, object
ID 10:1:0, waittime 3500. Continuing to wait.
How can I kill this process?Hi,
