Kill SPID Minimum SQL Server Privileges

What are the minimum SQL Server 2000 security privileges that a user needs
to use
the KILL command within SQL Server?

KILL permissions default to the members of the *sysadmin* and
*processadmin* fixed database roles, and are not transferable.
